Abstract

The reuse of waste from the agri-food chain and in particular of almond shells for the production of thermoplasters, the focus of this contribution, also finds support in the data of the flourishing bioeconomy [1] developed in recent years: the union between architecture and agriculture, in a circular economy perspective, therefore offers ‘new opportunities’ for materials otherwise destined for landfill [2].
