In case of complaints by the authors or controversial
between authors and any other Journal's body, it will be promptly answered; the revision process will be illustrated, and files will be produced for the complainant author, which will make evidence of the need of changes or refusal of the article.
An author can ask not to be reviewed by one particular member of the referee Committee
In case of disagreement, there will be a debate with COPE, mainly about questions not directly addressed by COPE Flowchart.
Eventually a third undiscussed eminent person will be
contacted acting as judge(Ombudsperson)in the debate.
