By becoming aware of the impact of our architectural choices on the environment, this article aims to assess the energy behavior of two buildings in downtown Tunis, with a view to energy efficiency. It includes two approaches;
A comparative approach which allows, through numerical simulations on the Trnsys model, to compare the quantity of energy consumed by the two buildings during the month of August. A parametric approach through which we study the impact of the composition of the envelope on energy consumption, through new simulations.
The results point to the conclusion that acting on the thermal properties of the materials of the envelope to, on the one hand, adapt the buildings to their climates, and on the other hand, to reduce the energy bill, constitutes a strategy of ‘energetic efficiency.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t
